What if I need to return an item?
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or it is not to your taste, you can simply return the item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and be securely packaged. When trying on items, please ensure that you have not been smoking or wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to refund any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 

How long will it take to get my refund?
Please take note of the timescale required to process a refund: we will process a refund within 5 working days of receipt of a return. Your refund will be credited to the same account from which you made your original purchase and will normally appear in your account 2-3 days later. This timescale is dictated by your bank or card issuer. 

What amount will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. The cost and care of returning an item is your responsibility, therefore we recommend that the parcel is securely packaged, is sent by recorded delivery, and that you keep your receipt of posting and tracking number until you have received your refund.

What if I received a faulty item?
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Services immediately on 0161 796 7788 giving your order number and the nature of the problem. We will then advise how to proceed.

What if the item is the wrong size?
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size please contact us on 0161 796 7788.  We will pay for delivery of an exchange on all full price items.
